Where can I find a Barista.Bot kiosk?
Our kiosks are live at Weston Favell Shopping Centre in Northampton (NN3 8JZ) and at Chancery Lane in Central London (WC2A). Both sit inside the venue and are open during venue hours.
What are your opening hours?
Our Weston Favell kiosk in Northampton is open 8:00am–7:00pm Monday to Saturday and 9:00am–5:00pm on Sunday. Our Chancery Lane kiosk serves during concourse hours.
How do I pay?
Order on the touchscreen and tap your card or phone. The kiosks take contactless, credit and debit cards in GBP. No cash needed.
Is the coffee actually made fresh?
Yes. A robotic arm grinds the beans, pulls the shot on a commercial Eversys machine and textures fresh milk to order, so every cup is made after you place it.
Something went wrong with my order. Can I get a refund?
Yes. Submit a ticket at support.baristabotcoffee.com with your machine ID, the amount and the drink you selected, or email customer.service@baristabotcoffee.com. Our support team reviews every ticket.
Can I have a Barista.Bot at my site or workplace?
